## What counts as a task
A task is a new build or substantial implementation (new funnel/site, new workflow, new integration, snapshot/sub-account setup, new AI bot, A2P submission, new ad tracking, custom HTML on Team+, custom API on Agency).

Not a task (does not consume the tier limit): client-reported bugs, troubleshooting, minor copy edits, quick support questions, monitoring, config tweaks, access management, light edits to live funnels.

## One-off projects
Fixed-fee scoped builds (CRM migrations, custom platform work, complex integrations, AI-embedded apps) are quoted separately. They do not require a retainer.

## Commercial terms
- Currency: USD
- Billing: monthly retainer
- Minimum contract: none (month to month). 3-month ramp is a recommendation, not a contract.
- Upgrades: same business day. Downgrades/pauses: next billing cycle.
- NDA: mutual NDA before scoping. Standard, not an upsell.
- Custom pods: available above ~50 sub-accounts via a discovery call.
