What cannot be cancelled?

• Memberships: Due to the ongoing nature of membership benefits, memberships cannot be cancelled for a refund. However, you can cancel your membership to prevent future charges.
• Monthly Retainer Services: Due to the ongoing nature of retainer services, which involve continuous support and deliverables, these services cannot be paused or cancelled mid-month for a refund. However, you can cancel your retainer service at the end of the current billing cycle to prevent future charges. Please note that any work completed prior to the cancellation will be billed as per our standard rates.

How to Request a Cancellation and Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us at hello@authorityentrepreneurs.com within the timeframe specified above (e.g., within 7 days of purchase for digital products). Please include your invoice number and the reason for your request in your email.

Processing Times

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
