The client was a fitness business using Mindbody for appointment bookings, but with no automated way to get that booking data into their CRM.
The disconnect created data gaps. Bookings and transactions in Mindbody weren’t reflected in the CRM, which meant missed sales opportunities and the constant overhead of manual data transfer.
Mindbody’s API structure is complex enough that a generic connector wouldn’t cut it - the situation required a custom-built solution.

A Django-based service hosted on AWS syncs data between Mindbody and the CRM in real time, automatically tags and nurtures every contact based on their service purchase, and was architected to extend to other platforms - which it did, to ClubReady.
