Field Service Business.

The client was a growing field service business using Housecall Pro for job scheduling and technician dispatch, while the marketing and sales team used GoHighLevel as their white-label CRM to track leads and run follow-ups.

Field technicians lived in Housecall Pro. The marketing team lived in GoHighLevel. And the two platforms didn’t talk to each other - which created operational bottlenecks and data inconsistencies between the people serving customers and the people marketing to them.

They needed the two systems to function as one, with customer data flowing automatically in both directions.
