The client was a Virginia-based law firm seeking more local cases - specifically, more case volume from Virginia without increasing their ad spend.

Beyond volume, they needed operational clarity: a system to track which lead sources were working, qualify leads consistently, and pass them cleanly into their third-party case management software, Smart Advocate.

The goal was efficiency - more cases and better tracking from the budget they were already spending.
