The client was a real estate company running paid ads for lead generation - the top of the funnel was working, but everything after it wasn’t.

They were generating leads but had no dedicated team or system to nurture those leads into appointments. Compounding it, many of their leads weren’t tech-savvy, so automated sequences alone couldn’t carry the full job.
