Real Estate.

The client was a real estate firm with a large database of hot leads - contacts with real buying intent that had simply gone cold from lack of engagement.

The problem was capacity. Engaging that database manually consumed more agent time than the team could spare, so most of those leads sat untouched while their intent decayed.

They needed a scalable, automated system that could qualify leads and assign them to the right agent - based on location and priority - without requiring an agent’s time to do the qualifying.
