The client was a multi-location law firm focused on multi-vehicle accident cases - a specific case type with specific qualification criteria. Not every inbound lead fit that profile, and the ones that didn’t still had value: they could be referred to partner firms.

But their qualification process was entirely manual. Staff reviewed every lead by hand to decide whether it qualified, which was slow, inconsistent, and created a bottleneck between lead capture and engagement.

Worse, disqualified leads mostly fell through the cracks. There was no system to route them to partner firms, so a real referral revenue opportunity was being lost on every non-qualifying lead.
